Visitors (no account)

If you browse without an account we set no cookies and store no personal data about you on our servers — only the following applies:

• A single first-party local-storage entry holding the timestamp of your cookie-notice choice. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• Embedded YouTube/Vimeo videos, where present, load directly from those providers and may expose your IP address and device data to them.
• Operational server logs record page path, status, and timing — without your IP address or browser identity.

Logged-in users (administrators and editors)

If you have an account we process the data needed to run and secure it:

• Username, optional display name, role, and a hashed password (never stored in readable form).
• Session records: a session identifier, your IP address, browser User-Agent, and expiry.
• Security logs: sign-in, sign-out, failed attempts, lockouts, and password/role changes — with the associated IP address.
• Temporary failed-login counters tied to your username and IP address.
• An audit log of administrative actions you take, and the content and files you create or upload (including filename and authorship).

What we do with collected data

We use this data only to operate and protect the site:

• Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• Secure accounts and prevent abuse (brute-force protection, audit trail).
• Keep operational and security logs.
• Publish the content you author.
